    It is a great pleasure to invite you to the 4th Eastern-Western Asia Biomaterials International Congress (EWAB), which will take place from Nov. 1 to 4, 2024, in Yantai, China.

   Eastern-Western Asia Biomaterials International Congress (EWAB) is a biennial series of international congresses, which aims to provide a broad platform for scientific and technological exchanges for scholars from the field of biomaterials in east and west Asia, and to enhance exchanges and cooperation through academic seminars, especially to promote exchanges between young and middle-aged scholars. The congress emphasizes the interdisciplinary characteristics and importance of biomaterials research, attracting researchers and students from different fields in academia and industry.

    On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to sincerely invite you to the beautiful and long-historical seaside city of Yantai. Your participation and contribution will make this congress more productive and successful. We look forward to seeing you in Early November 2024!

This session includes research work, such as, Regenerative Medicine, Tissue Engineering, Photodynamic Therapy, Drug/Gene Delivery System, Nanomedicine etc. and other researches related to biomedicine and therapy;

  • Bio-based Materials

The materials harvested from biological source are included in the category, for instance, platelet rich plasma (PRP), Exosomes, Engineered Cells, Liposome, Collagen and Derivatives, Bio-macromolecues,  etc.;

  • Application of Biomaterials

The track is to use materials on the clinical applications, for example, Orthopedics, Dentistry, Cardiovascular Systems, Dermatology, Wound Healing, Skin Repair, Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, Cosmetics, Food Nutrition, Antibacterial and other clinically relevant practical materials

  • Biomaterials/Medical Devices Industry Trends and Demand

This section is related to regulatory monitoring, the development and status of the biomedical materials industry, urgent needs of medical practitioners, and clinical unmet needs etc.;

  • Young Scholar Forum

This section is aiming to encourage young researchers and students in biomaterials field to conduct academic exchanges in the form of oral presentations and poster exhibitions centered on the above four themes.
